Development of a system for solving problems of public transport in the city on the example of the capital of Ethiopia Addis Ababa

The article discusses development of the system to solve public transportation problems in the city through systematical and mathematical approaches (by using matrix method), for balancing the number of vehicles and passengers in the city.
