The relevance of the study is due to the fact that one of the most important tasks facing modern industrial enterprises is to achieve a certain level of human capital necessary to maintain appropriate innovation activities and improve business processes. Meanwhile, in industrial enterprises, the scale of the personnel management system involves a number of repetitive operations, for example, those associated with the mass selection of personnel and the establishment of qualification requirements for certain mass categories of industrial production personnel. The author examines the theory of application of standards at industrial enterprises and identifies key factors influencing internal standardization processes. The purpose of the study was to develop a model of recommendations for drawing up a standard for personnel management at an industrial enterprise, which forms the basis for the development of the organization’s human capital. Effective conditions for the implementation of standardization in the system of business processes of an organization are considered, among which ethical principles and principles of respect for the individual, the ability of management to listen to the feedback of their employees along with the use of a traditional pragmatic approach to personnel management play an important role.
