The development of the system of management of the organization in terms of project management

The article deals with the problems of organizations with which they are faced in view of the imperfection of both the management system of the organization as a whole and the financial management system. The article analyzes the system of a particular organization, on the basis of which it is proposed to develop a universal model of financial management. The design approach to modernization of management processes in view of specificity of activity of the organization is offered. The proposed changes, in turn, determine the ways to solve the problems found.
