Development of a queue management system in a medical institution

The article considers the development of a queue management system in a medical institution. The purpose of the study is to improve the quality of patient care and optimize the work of medical personnel. The paper describes the system architecture, the technologies used, and the results of testing in real conditions. The results of the study are presented, including an analysis of current problems, system design, the development and implementation process, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of the system based on real data. The system includes a microservice architecture, queue distribution algorithms, and security methods. Calculations of waiting times are made, the results of reducing the load on the reception desk and increasing patient satisfaction are shown.
