Development of a sports drink with eleuterococcus and pantogematogen to increase physical operation and preserve health

A scientifically based recipe for a sports drink has been developed taking into account the characteristics and synergistic properties of its ingredients. The composition of the recipe includes prickly eleutherococcus root, nettle grass, hawthorn and rosehip fruits, and a pantohematogen preparation was used as a source of biologically active substances (BAS) of animal origin. The novelty of the recipe of the drink is confirmed by the patent. Taking into account the existing regulatory document (GOST 28188-14), a technological instruction for production has been developed. A new technology has been developed for producing extracts from plant materials, the effectiveness of which is due to the use of high pressure of 100-200 MPA, which provides the maximum yield of biologically active substances and the microbiological purity of the extract. Organoleptic and physico-chemical studies of the drink were carried out with the definition of regulated indicators of quality and safety. Testing was carried out to introduce the developed product into production at the enterprises of NVK Niagara LLC (Chelyabinsk).
