Technologically a general method of obtaining biologically active complex compounds: manganese(II), iron (II), cobalt (II)ascorbatesweredeveloped. The optimal synthesis conditions which have to ensure the stability of ascorbic acid and reagents (hydroxides Me (II)), which allows to obtain chemically pure desired products with high yields were found.
