Calcium complexonate and manganese (II) with 4 -hydroxyproline method for producing development

The methods for producing of calcium and manganese complexonates with 4-hydroxyproline were developed. On the basis of experimental studies identified the factors influencing the reaction of complex formation. It was shown that under optimal conditions of pH, the homogeneity of the reaction mixture, the target products are obtained with high yields necessary to study their toxicological and pharmacological properties.
