Development of a strategy to ensure the competitiveness of the organization

The article identifies the promising areas of strategic support for increasing the competitiveness of a commercial organization on the example of Severstal PJSC . The article focuses on ensuring the competitiveness of the organization. The relevance of research is due to the current conditions, which are characterized by economic instability, probability of business entities bankruptcy in the Russian economy. The article considers the theoretical characteristics of the concept of “enterprise competitiveness”. The specific features of the formation of competitiveness in the economic activity of enterprises in the Russian economy are determined. An assessment of the real state of competitiveness of the industrial enterprise Severstal PJSC in modern times was carried out. The main factors that influence the competitive advantages and competitiveness of the economic activity of the enterprise are considered. Promising solutions are proposed that are aimed at improving the competitiveness of the PJSC Severstal’s economic activity. It is determined that management of commercial organizations competitiveness in the Russian economy in modern realities depends on achieving such a goal as ensuring the financial sustainability of business. Therefore, it is important to make strategic decisions aimed at managing the financial condition of the organization.
