In article modern methods of development of company''s strategy in crisis are analysed. The importance of considering crisis as uncertainty of external environment during the strategic analysis is proved. Taking crisis and its characteristics as additional parameter of company''s strategy model is considered. The specific characteristics of company''s strategy in uncertainty are described.
