Elaboration of the development strategy of the nursery house based on the analysis of key factors

The article considers the process of developing a strategy for improving the activities of the Shebekino nursery house for the elderly and disabled people with the use of SWOT analysis tool. The strengths and weaknesses of the nursery house's work during the provision of social services to residents were identified, probability/impact matrices to account positive and negative environmental influences were constructed. On the basis of the matrix SWOT strategic goals, objectives specifying the strategy and a minimum list of events were formulated.
