In work are considered the manufacturing technology of layered constructional material from metal-glass-metal composition by method of centrifugal casting, such approach to formation of a glass layer without the surface microcracks has no analogs in world practice. The scheme of installation for manufacture of cylindrical shells from glass-metal composite is provided, the research of main technological modes providing reliable connection of aluminum coverings with the glass which is in plastic condition is conducted best values of temperature parameters are defined, methods of electron microscopy investigated the diffusion layer which is formed on border glass-aluminum.
