The resource-saving technology of receiving liquid extract from Sophorae flavescens roots is developed. For receiving the main product initial raw materials - Sophorae flavescens roots is extracted 40% by ethyl alcohol at a temperature of 18-20°C at a ratio raw materials: extragent 1:2,4 within 144 hours in six diffusers. Application as extragent the 40% alcohol ethyl is caused by the fullest extraction of active substances that promotes rational use of raw materials. Indicators of liquid extract of Sophorae flavescens roots quality are developed. High-quality reactions, thin layer chromatography, spectrophotometry method of quantitative definition of flavonoids are offered. Recommended norms: sums of flavonoids not less than 0,78%, dry rest not less than 17%.
