Development of Technology for the Development of Students’ Self-organization in Educational and Professional Activities

The content and structure of students’ self-organization, its role in the successful solution of professional tasks are considered. The results of experimental work on the development of self-organization of students of the 2nd year of Omsk State Medical University in the specialty 33.05.01 Pharmacy in the process of studying the discipline “Organic Chemistry” are presented. The results of the ascertaining stage of experimental work are analyzed, which confi rm the low indicators of students’ self-organization development. The technology of developing students’ self-organization in educational and professional activities in practical classes within the framework of the discipline “Organic Chemistry” has been developed and implemented at the formative stage. The results of repeated diagnostics are described, which indicate the positive dynamics of the development of students’ self-organization and confi rm the eff ectiveness of the developed technology.
