This article presents the results of an independent study of students of the KSUEP on the creation of an innovative functional food product - chocolate without added sugar and lactose, enriched with seeds of Cannabis Sativa L. It has been established that in order to give a functional orientation to chocolate, 100 grams of the product should contain 20 grams of hemp seeds, 15 grams of topinambur syrup and 10 grams of coconut milk powder. The results of this study were reported in the final of the competition of scientific research projects "Umnik 2022".
