Hard-to-recover oil reserves: development techniques for two oil-bearing reservours with permeable layer between them

Бесплатный доступ

Article describes the development techniques for oil fields with layered heterogeneity, where layer of low permeability is situated between two oil-bearing formations. Advantages and disadvantages of each technique are given in the article, as well as the results of reservoir simulation for comparison of effectiveness of described development methods.
