Development of managerial decisions to evaluate the quality of products and efficiency of the organizational structure of the enterprise

The quality of products and services is a key competitive advantage of the organization, its improvement is the main goal of the organization's management. Knowledge of quality management should be considered as a source of improving the quality of management of the organization and, as a consequence, the effectiveness and economic efficiency of its activities. In this article the problem of quality of products at the enterprise, and also application of the competent administrative decision for the solution of a problem of marriage at sewing production and efficiency of operating structure of management is touched.
