The device of bioimpedance spectrometry is developed in ESSUTM. The device determines unit resistance of biological fabrics for a given frequency of an electric current. This device allows assessing the state of organs and body systems under various external influences (burns, frostbite, etc.). The developed device consists of the following units - power supply unit, stabilizer, generator, microcontroller, detector, filter, electrodes, and LCD display, which is different from all the existing ones in that it can simultaneously receive data of the impedance at different frequencies of probing current. Experiments on biological objects when exposed to high temperatures over an open fire have been conducted to evaluate the performance of this device. The data analysis have shown that impedance decreases with increasing of the current frequency on the biological object.
