Resolution of service disputes in the internal affairs bodies: organizational and legal aspect

The analysis of issues related to the legal and organizational foundations of the resolution of service disputes in the internal affairs bodies is essential from the point of view of systematization of administrative and legal knowledge and improvement of the regulatory legal framework in this area. In the article, the authors, conducting a comparative legal study of the institution of an official dispute in the internal affairs bodies, in the state civil service and analyzing the norms of labor law regulating the specifics of the consideration of labor disputes, substantiate the conclusion that it is advisable to create commissions on official disputes in the internal affairs bodies, and also propose to change some procedural deadlines related to the consideration of an official dispute.
