Permitted use of land plots of gardening and horticultural non-profit partnerships

This article deals with the types of permitted use of garden and garden plots. Also, in accordance with the changes in the legislation, the differences in the legal regime of these land plots are established. The order of erection of constructions mainly in Russian Federation, is regulated by the norms of the Urban Development Code of the Russian Federation, Law № 217-FZ, Code of Rules 53.13330 2019 "Planning and development of the territory of citizens of gardening. Buildings and structures" and the rules of land use and development established by municipalities. The article analyzes the procedure for transferring sod houses to residential buildings and vice versa.
