The analysis of destruction methods of vegetative bacterial cells and spores of the opportunistic pathogenic strain of Bacillus sp. 1839 producing tetrodotoxin - a low-molecular thermostable neurotoxin. The optimum conditions of final fracture of bacterial culture among which the most effective are the combination of increased temperature and pressure, and also ultrasonic disintegration of cellular structures are revealed.
