With the growth of disability among the population in most countries of the world, including Russia, the problem is not only the social rehabilitation and adaptation of people with disabilities, including disabled people, but also their integration into society. Integration into society of a person with disabilities means not only giving him rights but also real opportunities to participate in all forms of social life, including physical exercise and sports as well as other citizens. In this regard, the state creates federal and regional programs, implements projects aimed at developing adaptive sports. The search for new and analysis of traditional teaching methods is actively conducted. They select those that have positive influence on the person's organism with a particular health disorder. The APE is aimed at promoting the maximum possible development of the viability of children and helping them to acquire skills of domestic independence. At the same time, the specificity of the educational system of children with HL requires a scientific approach to the organization of the teaching and educational process for the APT which includes four components: adaptive physical education, adaptive sports, adaptive physical recreation and physical rehabilitation, which are more or less represented in the system of general special education...
