The modern significance of agglomeration development

The relevance of the studied material is indisputable and is of great importance for the development of the city of Perm. The purpose of the study is to determine the need for the development of the Permian agglomeration. The purpose of the article is to determine the initial steps for the city administration in the development of the agglomeration. The author uses a general scientific method of cognition of local features of urban space development. The novelty of the article consists in defining the emerging economic and social relations between regional and local authorities during the creation and development of an agglomeration.
