Development of business as a condition of effective employment in the Krasnodar krai

The article deals with regional peculiarities of the labor market in the Krasnodar Territory and the influence of business on its functioning. The author discusses the factors affecting the status and development prospects of the regional labour market, one of which is small and medium business as a source generating demand on the labor market. It is the sector of small and mediumsized businesses in the Russian economy that contributes to the job creation and performs a number of important socio-economic functions: employment, formation of competitive environment, support of innovative activity, relieving of social tensions.
