Development of human capital in the conditions of the economy of knowledge

The article considers the problem of human capital development in the conditions of the knowledge economy, as well as a list of the distinctive characteristics of the knowledge economy. The characteristic features inherent in human capital were analyzed and revealed. The connection between the intellectualization of production and the use of nanotechnology helped to form a list of important needs of people in a changing society.
