Development of digitalization of agroindustrial complex on the basis of state-private partnership: problems and prospects

The formation of integral strategy and wide use of public-private partnership in agroindustrial complex is up-to-date and prospective. Particular attention is paid to the development of digital agriculture under the budget deficit that is based on a tool that allows to supplement budget investments and accelerate the modernization of the information infrastructure in the agroindustrial complex. Discussions about the use of public-private partnership in the agroindustrial complex are held because of drawbacks in legislation and the high risk of agricultural production in our country. The key points are: the development of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex on the basis of a quantitative and qualitative increase in public-private partnership projects will contribute to reducing the technical and technological gap, expanding the infrastructure capacities of agricultural production. In agricultural production there is a request for innovative digital technologies: precision farming technologies, robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles, systems of automation of production processes, that create conditions for high-productivity production and supply chains of value addition; digital platforms, geographic information systems, mobile applications are promising areas of digitalization the state and the business sector will receive the maximum effects from digital transformation. As a result of the research, promising areas and forms of public-private partnership in the field of digitalization of agricultural production were identified. It is important to mention the special significance of measures to create a geographic information system to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use. The article notes that the use of such a tool will affect the investment attractiveness of the agricultural sector favorably, as well as increase the employment and the profitability of agricultural production.
