Development of digitalization of the legal profession: advantages and possible disadvantages

Today there is an active digitalization of various spheres of civil society. The coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which began in 2020, has led to a high growth in the use of digital technologies by various government authorities, enterprises, and judicial authorities. Digitalization has not spared the Institute of advocacy. In this article, we will look at the main directions of introducing digital technologies to the legal Institute of the bar. We will also pay attention to the problems that may arise in practice as a result of the introduction of these technologies in the legal profession and legal practice.
