The development of the digital ruble on the example of the experience of the People's Republic of China

This scientific article examines the role and prospects of the introduction of the digital ruble on the example of the experience of the introduction of the digital yuan in China. The central bank's digital currency can be defined as a digital version of a fiat currency, bringing with it the convenience of digital assets. This article discusses the prerequisites and prospects for the introduction of digital currency in Russia, as well as China's experience in testing the digital yuan project. A brief comparative analysis of the introduction of the digital ruble in the Russian Federation and the introduction of the digital yuan in China is carried out.
