The article discusses current changes in legislation and judicial practice, provides recommendations on digitalization of the process of resolving legal disputes, and summarizes foreign experience on the issue under consideration. In conclusion, it is concluded that it is necessary to use digital technologies as a means of regulating economic entities, which will contribute to improving economic stability.
