The development of discursive competencies of students by literary and artistic means (on the example of practical classes of students of a non-linguistic university)

The article examines discursive practices in the system of higher education. The authors pay considerable attention to the study of the essence and structure of discursive competence. The main feature of the content of this competence is the selection of discourses that make up the professionally oriented communication of future specialists. The article determines that the use of discourse in the learning process allows students to familiarize themselves with the patterns of verbal and non-verbal behavior of native speakers of language and culture in a certain communicative situation using the example of texts of Russian literature.
