Development of trust management in western legal systems and trust management of hereditary property in Russian law

The article changes the issue of managing hereditary property under a trust management agreement, and also considers an analysis of the development of trust management in Western legal sources. The legislative base is analyzed, according to which the mechanism of trust management of hereditary property in domestic law is built. In addition, the question of the conclusion, which is associated with the inclusion in the operation of a legal institution. In scientific research, the similarity of trust and trust management is also changing, taking into account the possibility of its introduction into the domestic legal framework.
