Development of the financial system of execution of the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the modern realities

The work of the control of the mechanism of funds (on the example of Smolensk region) has been evaluated in order to determine the methods of increasing the quality of the mechanism of this control. The analysis of the scientific literature has allowed to come to a conclusion that a number of big problems should be specified and solved and the projects to improve and optimize the work of the Federal financial management bodies should be created.
