Development of financial instruments in the light of technological results of STP

Based on a scientific review of a number of philosophical and legal sources, an analysis of objective reality and the main factors of socio-economic development, conclusions are drawn about the nonlinear correlation between the technological results of scientific and technological progress and the sphere of financial instruments turnover. Some trends are characterized and a vision of basic options for the digital transformation of well-known and new forms of financial instruments is proposed.
