The state policy of the Krasnodar Territory on interaction with civil society presupposes a number of tools for comprehensive support of civil institutions. The article discusses the amount of financing and implementation of regional competitions. An assessment of the effectiveness was carried out and measures were proposed to increase the openness and transparency of the competitive events.
