THE CONCEPT OF INTERNAL CUSTOMER ORIENTATION SHOULD MATCH THE LEVEL OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. SATISFIED STAFF HAS A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICES, AND THE LEVEL OF STAFF LOYALTY HAS A POSITIVE EFFECT ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY.
