Development and influence of Chinese architectural technologies on Russian garden and park art

Gardening art is based on the needs of the state, cultural maturity, the development of art and technology in various fields, their intertwining in the external space reflects the urgent needs of society at the time of the formation of an element of landscape architecture. Garden and park objects are developed from a utilitarian purpose to the transformation in their forms and manifestations of religious, philosophical and aesthetic characteristics characteristic of a particular culture. With the development of landscape architecture, the general base of applied technologies, styles, methods of interaction with space, design features of garden and park objects increased, which leads to a natural exchange of experience between different countries as they interact with each other. One of the very first countries with a meaningful development of landscape gardening art is China. The purpose of the study is to show how Chinese architectural technologies developed in the field of landscape gardening art, what influenced them and how they penetrated Russian landscape gardening art, what principles and techniques were borrowed, and how this tradition develops in modern practice.
