Development of industrial parks in postindustrial economics

The article deals with the development of industrial parks as a tool to attract investors to the regions and the factor of increasing the competitiveness of domestic producers. Today it is one of the priority directions in the economic development strategy of Russia, because despite the relatively recent expansion of industrial parks in Russia, many have already shown their economic efficiency and viability, which confirms the important role of the industry as an element of investment and industrial infrastructure contributing to territorial and regional development.
