Retrospect and prospect of the chinese tour guides industry development in the past 70 years (part 1)

With the development of China's tourism industry, tour guides have been playing a key role. With the development of China's tourism industry, the issue of tour guides was always on the agenda With the rapid development of China's tourism industry in recent ten years, the number of tour guides has risen sharply under the condition of joint development of inbound tourism, outbound tourism and domestic tourism. It's development concept, management mode, work, treatment and living conditions are worth discussing. This paper first reviews the development of Chinese tour guides from the beginning to the present. At the same time, it probes into the development concept of Chinese tour guides under the Russian, Japanese tour guides mode, and puts forward the development concept and Counter-measures of Chinese tour guides from the aspects of management, legislation, education and training, access and exit mechanism, and media reports, in order to adapt to the new situation of Chinese tourism development.
