Development of myocardial infarction in a young patient with spontaneous coronary artery dissection (clinical case)

The article presents an analysis of a clinical case of large-focal myocardial infarction in a young patient, the etiological substrate of which was spontaneous dissection of the coronary artery. Data on the pathophysiological and biological features of this disease are provided. Coronary angiography and intravascular ultrasound, as well as subsequent stenting of the infarction-related coronary artery, allows stabilizing and improving the patient's condition.
