This article discusses the development of information technologies and the right to information within the emerging Network economy, digitalization of public administration, the globalization of the digital space. The analysis of current legal risks and threats in the range of legal support of information security has been carried out. The article author focuses on the trend of transition to national projects for the purpose of strategic planning documents and the need for fundamental legal research in the range of legal forecasting in the conditions of digitalization and transformation of law and its importance in the law- making process.
