Development of the infrastructure of inter-municipal interaction as a factor in improving the living standards of the population of regions in conditions of restriction (on the example of municipalities of the Oryol region)

This article substantiates the relevance of the research on improving the development efficiency of municipalities. On the basis of the partly conducted analysis of the state of infrastructure of municipalities of the Oryol region, the main problems in the development of these objects, in particular transport and social infrastructure, have been identified. This gave an opportunity to propose the main directions to stimulate socio-economic development of territories on the principles of balanced development, to achieve a synergistic effect of mobilizing the resources of municipalities.
