Development of the infrastructure of incentives for individual entrepreneurial initiatives of the residents of rural municipal areas

The article assesses the development of the infrastructure for stimulating individual entrepreneurial initiative of residents of rural municipal areas. The tools for providing state support in the form of grants are shown. A mechanism for providing subsidies to agricultural consumer cooperatives to reimburse part of the costs associated with the purchase of agricultural products, the purchase of machinery and equipment is outlined. The organization of a center of competence in the field of agricultural cooperation in the Altai Territory has been substantiated.
