Development of health organization employees’ initiative and professionalism among medical workers (on the example of the heads of intensive care)

Unfavorable medical and demographic situation in the country, the low level of the organization's management in health care, misleading statistics of health indicators of health workers, especially heads of bodies and health institutions, unexplored interdependence of public health, management mechanism in healthcare, lifestyle and health of managers of health facilities - all these are serious problems of our time, requiring immediate reaction. The development of employees’ initiatives and improving individual skills is capable to affect all of these unsolved issues positively. The article examines the organizational or command-administrative, economic and mathematical and socio-psychological management methods that can influence the increase in the effectiveness of administrative decisions in health care that can improve the quality of the proposed medical services and the quality of medical and pharmaceutical workers training.
