Development of an inclusive culture of students of professional educational organizations by means of volunteer activities: experience and prospects

The article is devoted to the development of inclusive education in the system of secondary vocational education. The authors define cultural barriers as the most difficult to overcome. The authors suggest a special role and mission of resource educational and methodological centers (hereinafter REMC) in the development of an inclusive culture. The authors consider the volunteer activity of students to be the most effective and at the same time natural means of developing the values of an inclusive culture. The article presents two practices - models of the formation of volunteer skills of students, implemented at the site of the State Budget Educational Institution “Miass Pedagogical College” in network interaction with socially oriented non-profit organizations. As a zone of proximal development of practices, it is planned to include volunteer initiatives aimed at potential applicants and college students with special health needs (hereinafter SHN) and disabilities.
