Development of innovative activity of the companies under financial instability

The article is devoted to the problem of innovation development in companies in today's market conditions. There is a clear gap in the formation of the innovation cluster in Russia in contrast to the leading world powers. This situation forces Russian companies to be dependent on imported technologies and products. There are several problems that stop the development of innovations in Russia: inconclusive scientific studies due to lack of funding; "Leak" of the best scientific manpower; policy of budget financing does not relate to the basic sciences as a priority; scientific activity is unattractive because of the outdated test basis and scientific equipment; there is a gap between science and education.The main point in solving the problem is understanding that the creation of advanced technologies requires market-based incentives in models of innovation development. Development of innovation segment requires creating a system designed using the competitive advantages of Russia, such as basic science, the education system and natural resources. The system includes: the system of funding of basic and application study and research; the creation of the regulatory framework; infrastructure development; measures to stimulate demand for scientific inventions; building the system of monitoring and development indicators of innovative activity; measures for bringing the innovators to your company
