Development of intellectual capital by organizational innovation (example of the football industry)

We propose an approach for renewal of intellectual capital through organizational innovation, which includes a navigator of dynamic organizational capacity, a hierarchy of intellectual capital and the structure offactors of economic transformation of a football enterprise based on a structural-logical economic model. The approach rests on the combination of cognitive mapping and influence diagram procedure, redesigned to eliminate a gap between the development of strategy and the formation of a portfolio of innovative projects on example of the football industry.
