Development of the economic system of public management arbitrage courts of first instance of the Russian Federation

The article discusses current trends in the public management system of the first-instance arbitration courts in Russia. The presented foreign experience of the management systems of courts for resolving economic disputes in various countries of different legal families, as well as the analysis of a specific firstinstance arbitration court, allows us to conclude that it is necessary to develop the system of arbitration courts in order to promote the innovative and technological development of industry in Russia.
