Economic and social development of the local territorial systems in the region

The article discusses theissues of the development of local territorial economic and social systems. Various approaches to the essence of the local systems are revealed. It is shown that as the basis of local territorial systems are the economic and social system, characterized by interconnectedness of economic and social development with the priority of the spatial distribution economy and infrastructure support. The principles of innovation, integration, and use of the modern forms of production organization are highlighted in spatial development (including the cluster approach). The social development in the proposed interpretation of economic and social systems is revealed to be at the same level with economic development priorities. The development of economic and social local territorial systems of the city is shown to be based on the integrated approach to the placement of the enterprises of the economy, resettlement of population and infrastructure support.
