Development of entomoindustry in the Kemerovo region

At present, the Russian economy is in a state of crisis, various specialists offer a variety of programs that envisage the development of non-traditional methods of production of economic potential development, including the issue of import substitution to ensure the population of the country with high-quality and economically profitable agricultural products. As a method of production of agricultural products, the development of the entomo industry is proposed. The use of insects in industry makes it possible to obtain environmentally friendly raw materials, to protect the environment from contamination by livestock waste from farms and poultry farms, to regulate the population of insects in the region, and to improve the sanitary and hygienic situation in the regions.
