The development of human and innovation potential of industrial enterprise (Russia)

The article analyzes the innovative activity of Russian industrial enterprises in 2012-2017. It is revealed that personnel innovations occupy a small place in the development of innovative potential of enterprises. At the same time, personnel potential is the main wealth of the enterprise, and its formation should be given a key role in management. Innovation is a key factor of competitiveness, however, the majority of Russian companies do not hurry to implement them.
