Development of personnel potential of medical institution (on the example of GBUZ "Dental polyclinic No. 1" of Sochi city)

The article considers theoretical aspects of the mechanism of implementation of personnel policy and its components. The system of personnel policy of GBUZ Dental polyclinic No. 1 was analyzed. Problematic parties in the management of the personnel composition of the organization have been identified. Measures are proposed to offset the identified problems and increase the effectiveness of the personnel policy of the medical institution.
